Here's pre-"super_modded" on stock 195/65-15's, about 6.6 seconds:
Most people say ditch the stock tires and launch at higher rpms. Most of these tries were trying to get minimal tire spin! ASR is off unless otherwise indicated. The first two were with a slight uphill grade at about 90° the last one was close to 100° with a lot of wheelspin. Here's some graphs running with the chip and stock tires:
